A small placard near the front desk. Residents scan with their camera — no app to download, no account required to tip.

Every opted-in staff member appears with their photo and role. Drag a slider, type a number, or tip everyone equally.

Pay once with Apple Pay or card. Each staff member is notified that day. And, Stripe handles the payments.
